Candidate can avail application form & prospectus directly from the
college counter in the regular working days from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Presence of the candidate at the time of admission is must for the completion of admission
formalities. Admission through proxy is not permissible at all.
Admission in any course usually starts from October-November each year and remains open
till the recommended seats get filled.

P.R.C Certificate
Original along with 10 attested xerox copies of permanent residence certificate (P.R.C)
10th Marks Card
Original along with 10 attested xerox copies of 10th marks card ( in case of MMPHW / FMPHW)
12th Marks Card
Original along with 10 attested xerox copies of 12th marks card ( in case of GNM / GNMLEET/ MED.ASST.)
Diploma Certificate
Original along with 10 attested xerox copies of FMPHW diploma certificate ( in case of GNMLEET)
