- The students who are enrolled with the South Kashmir Paramedical & Nursing College will have to be regular and have to be regular and have to work hard. They have to maintain discipline inside and around the college campus.
- The students are to enter the campus without proper uniform and identity card issued by the college. If the original identity card is misplaced/lost, the duplicate identity card will be issued against the payment of Rs. 100/-
- The students are not allowed to use mobile phones/i-pods in the class rooms. If it is carried, it should be submitted at the reception. The college is not responsible for any los/theft of mobile phones or any belongings in the institute. If any student is found using mobile phones during classes, he/she will be fined Rs. 200/-
- If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of the college because of the situations beyond the human control like natural calamity of any type such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc, the college is not responsible any manner.
- The college reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs/venue/timings/days of class works/time table/practical training timing etc without any prior notice to anyone. The decision of Managing Director will be final and is bound on the staff/student/parents.
- A student may be expelled from the college for any type of indiscipline in the college. The decision of Managing Director will be final and is bound on the student and his/her parents. No fee will be refunded in case of expulsion. Moreover, the student has to pay all the pending fee of the course.
- After the admission, if a student becomes disinterested in the course/college due to any reason, the fee submitted refundable only within 7 days after the date of admission. After which, the paid fee is non-refundable at any circumstance. Moreover, the student has to pay all the pending fee of the course.
- If any student is found absent for more than 7 days continuously without any prior application, he/she will not be allowed to attend the classes until the college management is not satisfied by his/her parents. But if he/she is found absent for more than a month, he/she may be expelled from the college without any notice to him/her and his/her parents. The decision of Managing Director will be final and is bound on the student and his/her parents. No fee will be refunded in case of expulsion. Moreover, the student has to pay all the pending fee of the course.
- The fee submitted towards a particular course will not be adjusted against any other course/student/candidate.
- A student who is late by 10 minutes or more will be allowed to attend the class only after the permission granted from the principal.
- The parents can meet with the Managing Director regarding any issue with a prior appointment only.
- Any type of misbehave with the staff members by any student/parents may result in the expulsion of the student from the college. The decision of Managing Director will be final and is bound on the student and his/her parents. No fee will be refunded in case of expulsion. Moreover, the student has to pay all the pending fee of the course.
- After expulsion from the college, the student may be re-admitted to the college depending upon the decision of the Managing Director. He/she has to pay Rs. 1000/- for re-admission. His/her paid fee will be counted up after the re- admission as before.
- If a student does not pay fee on the due date; or is defaulter in the fee payment for more than 1 week, he/she will be imposed a fine of Rs. 500/-
- Practical training to the students will be provided in the District Hospital Anantnag/Kulgam on rotational basis.
- A student who fails to secure 80% of the attendance will not be allowed to appear in the final examination.
- In case of legal proceedings, only Kulgam Court shall have jurisdiction.
